21st NIG Conference - Practical information
The 21st NIG Conference will be hosted at the beautiful Campus Tweekerken at Ghent University. On this page, you will find some practical information, such as hotel recommendations and conference fees.
Conference fees
The conference fees for our 2025 conference depend on your affiliation with NIG
- The conference is free for people who are a NIG member (senior and PhD). If you are a NIG member, you do not have to fill out the invoice information on the registration form.
- The conference costs 175,- euros for people employed by a NIG member university. All member universities can be found here.
- The conference costs 225,- euros for people not employed by a NIG member university.

Conference program
Please note that because two panels merged, there are now 20 panels in stead of 21. This also means that some panels have a different number than they had before (i.e. what was panel 16 is now panel 15). The title of the panel is leading in the conference program.

Parking
You can find the route from the station (Gent Sint Pieters) to the campus here. You an either take a bus (or tram) or walk.
